What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect personal data, such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies along with relevant location data.

This information is collected in order to be able to serve you appropriate FitCaches in accordance with your location, process payment information and communicate with you about our services.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

We keep contact submission forms for an indefinite period of time. No contact us form submissions are disclosed to third parties.

Cookies

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. The Subscriptions section is for The XLR40 Bootcamp, Individual Training, The Challenge, Breakthrough Learn To Run and related products and services.

Refunds
Services that include a money back guarantee require that the participant complete and document all of the applicable tasks and items. If the user does not receive the desired results, and can prove that they have applied and documented the principles and action items of such, then a full and unconditional refund will be offered.

A refund will be issued if FitCache Inc. is unable to provide the purchased product in a timely manner.

No other refunds will be offered.

Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the content and are not given any rights to reproduce or distribute the content in any manner whatsoever. The content is for your personal use only.
