Learn to Run Red Deer is led by experienced marathon runners that share your passion for running. Working with your experience level and your goals in mind, our coaches will provide you with a weekly plan that includes running regimes, daily workouts, and an educational component.

And of course, we will have some fun!

Working in a small group format, all Learn to Run Red Deer programs allow for plenty of time with our coaches that are here to help YOU reach your goals. Through weekly group runs, at home workouts, running education and unlimited motivation, this program will get you started running if you don't know where to start.

Our coaches are committed to providing you with quality guidance and unlimited motivation throughout the program, sharing their knowledge and love of running with you.

Learn to Run Red Deer 12 week program started Wednesday, April 26. 

4 Week Programs can be started at any time between April 26 and June 21.

Classes take place outdoors on Wednesday mornings at 6:30am. Run locations will be provided upon registration in program.
